ED ABBATICCHIO
"Edward J. Abbaticchio, the infielder whom the Louisville Association team got from the Boston Nationals late in 1910, decided to go into business for himself, and Louisville fans were greatly disappointed.
Abby had 14 years experience in professional base ball, having commenced in 1887 with the Greensburg, Pennsylvania, team. He spent 1898 with the Boston Nationals, 1899 and 1900 with Minneapolis, 1901 and 1902 with Nashville, and then three seasons each with the Boston Nationals and Pirates."

RUBE KROH
"Floyd Kroh, the southpaw whom the Louisville team of the American Association got from the Chicago Nationals in August 1910, has had experience in several leagues. In 1908 he was playing for Johnstown of the Tri-State League, and on May 1 shut out Wilmington without a hit in ten innings. Other good work in the same season caused the Cubs to buy his release. In 1910 he succeeded in winning nine games and losing four. Among the few games he pitched for Louisville in 1910 was one of fifteen innings, which he won himself by batting in the winning run."

ED LENNOX
"Edgar Lennox, third baseman whose transfer to Louisville from the Brooklyn National League Club in 1911 has pleased the fans in the former city, came to Brooklyn from Rochester, where his efficient covering of the difficult third corner had brought him favorable notice.
In both 1909 and 1910 his work for Brooklyn was of a very high order, his fielding average for both years being the highest of all third basemen in the National League. A long illness in 1910 slowed him up, and he was released to Louisville."
